The path to gentleness
After more than 20 years of martial arts and strength training, I found my way back to a gentler, deeper connection between body and mind in 2010 thanks to Yoga and Holotropic Breathwork.
Physically, the intensive years of performance were marked by chronic pain - thanks to yoga, I found my way back to a pain-free life.
On a spiritual level, meditation and Holotropic Breathwork helped me achieve a deeper sense of serenity and the ability to allow gentleness into my daily life. After nine years of learning and deepening yoga techniques and several stays in India and Nepal, I obtained my Yoga Teacher Certification in 2019. After several years of training in Holotropic Breathwork, I have also been certified as a facilitator in 2024.
Through Holotropic Breathwork, I learned to appreciate the healing effects of harmonious sounds. That's why I like to end my Yoga sessions with Handpan music I play myself, to make the deep relaxation even more effective.
